Eligibility for Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered, except in cases of:
- Product damage
- Incorrect delivery
- Quality concerns verified by our support team
Return Request Procedure
To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery, providing order details and photographic evidence of the issue. Our team will review the request and provide instructions for further steps.
Return Approval
Returns will be accepted only after verification and approval by The Muffin House. Unauthorized or unapproved returns will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as customized cakes, special orders, or promotional products, are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of verified damage or error on our part.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations
Cancellations will be accepted only if made within one (1) hour of placing the order. Requests made beyond this period may not be eligible for cancellation, as the order may already be in preparation or dispatched.

- Product damage during delivery
- Incorrect or incomplete order delivery
- Product unavailability after order confirmation
Refund Request Procedure
All refund or replacement requests must be submitted to our customer support team within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the order. Requests received beyond this period will not be considered.
Refund Processing Timeline
Upon approval, refunds will be processed within seven (7) to fifteen (15) business days, and the credited amount will be transferred to the original mode of payment.
